My name is Ștefan Antonie Nicolae, and I am currently an ESC volunteer at Fundația Județeană de Tineret Alba (FJTA). This experience has helped me grow both personally and professionally, while giving me the opportunity to contribute to projects that truly matter for young people and the local community.

During my volunteering experience, I focused mainly on digital communication and content creation. I created social media posts and Instagram stories, helped promote activities and events, and supported the organization’s online presence. One of the most rewarding parts of this journey was helping other volunteers develop their digital skills through workshops and practical activities focused on Canva and CapCut. I enjoyed showing others how creativity and communication can work together to share ideas in a more engaging way.

Being part of FJT Alba also taught me a lot about teamwork, event organization, and community involvement. I had the chance to work in an encouraging environment where collaboration, creativity, and initiative were always appreciated. Through this experience, I became more confident in my abilities and discovered how important communication and digital skills are in today’s world.

For me, volunteering through the European Solidarity Corps was more than just an activity, it was an opportunity to test my passions in a real environment, learn from others, and understand better the direction I want to follow in the future. It was a meaningful experience that helped me grow, connect with people, and make a positive impact in the community.
