I am currently an ESC volunteer at the Youth center by FNT. Over the past few months, volunteering at the FNT centre has been both a rewarding and eye-opening experience. One of the most important parts for me was meeting and working with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds. Being in such a diverse environment helped me become more understanding, flexible, and open to new perspectives.

Throughout this time, I participated in various activities where teamwork was essential. Collaborating with other volunteers taught me how to divide tasks, share ideas, and support one another in order to achieve common goals. It also improved my communication skills, especially in situations where language and cultural differences required patience and clarity.
This experience also helped me grow more confident. I became more comfortable expressing my thoughts, taking initiative, and stepping out of my comfort zone. The centre created a space where I could be creative, try new things, and learn by doing, which made the whole process even more engaging and enjoyable.
