February turned out to be eventful and full of new impressions! As part of the project, I organized and held several activities for young people in our center: master classes on emotional intelligence, a karaoke evening, and web design classes. Each event was aimed at developing useful skills, self-expression, and bringing participants together.
At the master classes on emotional intelligence, we discussed how to understand your emotions, develop empathy, and communicate more effectively with others. Although some participants were initially reserved, they gradually joined the dialogue, shared their experiences, and asked questions.
The highlight of the month was the karaoke evening! Usually, I face the problem of low attendance at events, but this time I was pleasantly surprised by the number of participants – more than 15 people came! The evening was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
At the web design classes, we discussed the basics of creating advertising and visual design. Although the group was small, the participants showed great interest.
The main difficulty I faced was the low attendance at events. Sometimes it is difficult to attract young people to new activities, but I try to use different ways of informing and make the classes more interactive. I am glad that we managed to gather a large company at karaoke, which means that such events are really in demand!
Next month I plan to continue working on attracting young people and improving the events. Perhaps I will add new activity formats to interest more participants.
