Hi, my name is Margarita, I’m 19 years old, and I’m from Odesa. During my two years of living in Romania, I learned Romanian. Initially, I joined the centre as a participant, but later I decided to try something new and became an ESC volunteer. Now I organize various activities, including Romanian language courses, to help Ukrainians integrate into the local community.

Hello, I am Denis, a volunteer from Tulcea. I have been volunteering for almost 8 months at the center. During this time, I have gained a lot of experience in talking with people and improving my social skills. This project also gives me the chance to help people who struggle with social communication or who simply need a social environment outside of their home.
As a volunteer in this program, I focus on creating engaging and meaningful activities that bring people together. I enjoy organizing interactive sessions, from cultural walks to hands-on arts and crafts, that foster connection and understanding. I take pride in using my creativity and resourcefulness to adapt to challenges and make each event memorable. My goal is to help participants feel welcomed, valued, and inspired to collaborate. Volunteering here allows me to grow personally while contributing to a sense of community and belonging for others.





I am a student in Musical Pedagogy, an experience that has helped me discover more about who I am and grow in many ways.
